Online Marketing Acquisition Manager

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all customer acquisition initiatives for the Feeln and Hallmark eCards online business.
  • Manage all online marketing channels including SEM, Display, Retargeting, Facebook, and Affiliate; continuously driving down CPA through testing and other tactics.
  • Manage agency relationships to increase subscriptions and continuously hit CPA goal.
  • Work closely with creative, product and dev teams.
  • Develop and manage queue of all A/B tests, including advertising copy, creative testing, landing pages, pricing, add-ons, etc.
  • Continuously test and refine new sources of customer acquisition, including publishers, bidding platforms, ad networks, etc.
  • Maintain all tracking and continuously build knowledge base sourced from test results and other learnings.
  • Measure and analyze data for all campaigns to provide insights and key findings to other departments, senior management and key stakeholders.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer acquisition role; subscription based service experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to continuously improve, driving down acquisition costs and driving up customer revenue.
  • Highly creative, continuously developing breakthrough new ideas to meet targets.
  • High degree of comfort with analytics, specifically leveraging them to drive insights and results.
  • Experience using Omniture and/or Google Analytics.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Organized and have a keen attention-to-detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
